The Miami Herald reports Broward Schools have set a mid-September deadline for hiring James Notter’s replacement. Area Superintendent. The South Area is Ann Murray’s neck of the woods. It is also home to School Board Member Jennifer Gottlieb’s Beachside Village Montessori School; a boondoggle highlighted in the recent Grand Jury report.
Jennifer Gottlieb was re-elected in August 2010. Ms. Gottlieb’s husband, Ken Gottlieb was elected to the Broward County bench in 2010.

State of Florida documents show Wellness Matters, Inc. is owned by Julie Herbst of Boca Raton, Florida. It appears Wellness Matters Inc is a distributor of the food supplement known as “JUICE PLUS”.
Palm Beach County records show Wellness Matters Inc. operates from a home owned by Julie Herbst and Joel D. Herbst.
Dr. Joel D. Herbst did not respond to our request for comment.
