The Miami Herald reports Broward Schools have set a mid-September deadline for hiring James Notter’s replacement. Area Superintendent. The South Area is Ann Murray’s neck of the woods. It is also home to School Board Member Jennifer Gottlieb’s Beachside Village Montessori School; a boondoggle highlighted in the recent Grand Jury report.

Jennifer Gottlieb was re-elected in  August 2010. Ms. Gottlieb’s husband, Ken Gottlieb was elected to the Broward County bench in 2010.

On March 27, 2009, Wellness Matters Inc., a Boca Raton based corporation, gave a $500.00 political contribution to Jennifer Gottlieb’s campaign:

On December 21, 2009, Wellness Matters Inc. gave a $500.00 contribution to Ken Gottlieb’s campaign.

State of Florida documents show Wellness Matters, Inc. is owned by Julie Herbst of Boca Raton, Florida. It appears Wellness Matters Inc is a distributor of the food supplement known as “JUICE PLUS”.

Palm Beach County records show Wellness Matters Inc. operates from a home owned by Julie Herbst and Joel D. Herbst.

Dr. Joel D. Herbst did not respond to our request for comment.

Broward DEMOCRAT Area Leader & Air America Host Disrupt Allen West Town Hall, Arrest Made.(VIDEO)

The latest staged protest at a Congressman Allen West town hall has lead to an arrest. RED BROWARD has been reporting on the coordinated efforts by Democrats to stage protests at West events in the hopes of getting video for attack ads. Last month, it was CAIR representatives trailing the Congressman. Tonight, a former Air America radio host and a Broward Democratic Committee Area Leader joined the act.

Police took Nicole Sandler into custody for disruptive behavior. Sandler, a former Air America radio host, recorded her own actions. Ms. Sandler worked for WINZ as well. She has been a vocal critic of Marco Rubio. She current does an internet radio show (Radio Or Not) The Sun-Sentinel reports that Sandler was arrested.

Ken Evans, a Broward Democratic Committee Area Leader, was disruptive as well. Mr. Evans was not arrested; he left the auditorium on his own. Evans is a well-connected Democrat operative in Broward County.

Honor. Character. Integrity. Congressman West said that’s what we’re left with at the end of the day. Those conducting this blatant campaign and their flunkies who record the phony results have no honor.
