Murphy wants to make an IMPACT

Congressman Allen West’s Democrat challenger, Patrick Murphy wants to appear as a “centrist”. To further this plan, Murphy’s allies at the DCCC have been coordinating with others to ridicule West (see Alinsky, Saul). Today, Murphy’s campaign sent an email with not-so-funny webclips calling West “The Wicked Rep of the West”; West, wearing a witch hat, melts away. Another ad features West, Sarah Palin and Michelle Bachmann as “mad hatters”.

This juvenille attempt at political humor is way beyond the skills of Debbie Wasserman Schultz (D-Out of Touch). Well, maybe not… It’s doubtful these ads will have much of an IMPACT.

Mike Haridopolos Endorsed by Governor Huckabee

Coming on the heels of a successful legislative session (if Rachel Maddow and Debbie Wasserman-Schultz [D-Out of Touch] complain it has to be good), Mike Haridopolos has received the endorsement of Governor Mike Huckabee.  Several polls have Huckabee leading the GOP pack for the Republican Presidential nomination. Huckabee says Haridopolos offers proven conservative leadership.
