Donnie Carter withdrew his name from the interim superintendent sweepstakes. No, not because the media revealed him to be an incompotent administrator who oversees the bus department. Turns out the position requires a Master’s degree and Donnie hasn’t mastered anything. Never fear, the School Board reopened their search and eliminated the master’s requirement.How much you wanna bet Donnie reapplies?
