JAABlog posted this cute picture of uber-lobbyist Judy Stern and potential Satz challenger Chris Mancini. Sources tell RED BROWARD Mancini will challenge Satz in the Democrat primary. Same sources say Judy has been shopping Mancini to unions all over town hoping to gauge support for his potential campaign. No big deal you say?

Problem is, Judy Stern is best buds with Broward Public Defender Howard Finkelstein. Help Me Howard is one of Mike Satz’s biggest critics. Still no problema, but should Judy and Team Help Me Howard get to pick a new State Attorney?

Mike McCalister and Jim Lewis Address Republican Club Of Central Broward

20111108-190755.jpgAnother large turnout at the Republican Club of Central Broward heard from U.S. Senate candidate Mike McCalister. McCalister made a strong impression as he spoke about his military and business experience.

The club heard from Broward State Attorney candidate Jim Lewis. Mr Lewis, a Republican, is challenging too-longtime Democrat Mike Satz (D-Jimmy Carter Era).  Fl House District 97 candidate Lynn Simon spoke about her upcoming race and fundraiser in Plantation.
