MoveOn.org (aka Soros & Democrats) are emailing members with a nice bit of AstroTurf: the USA credit rating was downgraded due to the Tea Party! Yep, they’re the ones that ran up huge debt and refused to deal with it for years.
Here’s the full email:
“For the first time in history, the U.S. credit rating has been downgraded.
This ‘tea party downgrade’ is a shameful blow to our nation’s honor and risks throwing us right back into recession. Worst of all? It was completely avoidable.
But when given the choice between extremist posturing and responsible leadership, tea party Republicans chose wrong. And now, amazingly, they’re trying to pin the blame on Democrats.”
We need Joe Goldner to beet Debbie Wasserman-Schultz he is a real patriot and supporter of TEA PARTY NATION. I will stand on any street corner with him. Let Karen Harrington eat wings with her friend Debbie
This is so VERY typical of MoveOn.org. I sent them an email about two months ago by now telling them that they in no way speak for me or represent me. Now for them to blame the Tea Party for the credit downgrade really tells us all what MoveOn’s agenda is. They will criticize ANYONE but the Democrats for causing our problems. I am 66 years old and have seen a lot of nonsense and BS come down the road. For 40 of those years, the Democrats had a majority in BOTH houses of the Congress. For those 40 years the electorate was asleep. Thankfully, the vast majority of us are now fully awake and are paying close attention to our government.
MoveOn does not have a clue. All they can do is look around for a convenient scapegoat. Both the Tea Party and Sarah Palin drives MoveOn crazy. That should tell you all something about MoveOn’s political agenda.
