Soros, SEIU & MoveOn.org Want To “Occupy” Broward Schools And Bridges

20111107-142207.jpg

Looks like George Soros wants to up the ante. MoveOn.org is emailing people asking for help on November 17th. They plan on holding rallies at Broward schools and bridges and roads:

“That’s why we’re working with SEIU, AFL-CIO, Occupy Wall Street, and other groups to organize hundreds of events for our “We Are The 99%” day on November 17. If we organize enough events, tens of thousands of Americans can maximize their voices a week before the Super Committee decision

So we’re organizing a massive day of action on November 17 to draw a line in the sand. We’ll rally at crumbling bridges, understaffed schools, and other sites that show the local symptoms of a failed economy—the very places that can also create millions of new jobs. In all 50 states and in every corner of the country, we’ll demand that Congress stand up for a plan that helps us, not the 1%.”

“You’ll get all the materials and support you need to organize a powerful, media-friendly event, and we’ll invite other MoveOn members in the area to attend.”

Lefties Plan Allen West Protest (Again)

20111018-071930.jpg

Debbie Wasserman Schultz (D-Out of Touch) can’t let Congressman Allen West conduct a quiet town hall. This time, her minions call themselves the National Committee To Preserve Social Security and Medicare; Of Course this “Committee” is recruiting Code Pink and SEIU types to harass West.

Here is their latest pitch:

“HANDS OFF – NO CUTS” to Social Security, Medicare and Medicaid: Advocates to Demonstrate at Rep. West Town Halls on Tuesday

A coalition of local advocates and seniors from the “HANDS OFF – NO CUTS” campaign, a multi-million dollar effort of the National Committee to Preserve Social Security and Medicare, will demonstrate at two town halls held by Rep. Allen West (R-FL) on Tuesday.

The National Committee to Preserve Social Security and Medicare recently launched the “HANDS OFF-NO CUTS” campaign to stop threatened cuts to three of the nation’s most valued income security and health insurance programs; Social Security, Medicare and Medicaid. The National Committee has more than 9,500 members and supporters in Rep. West’s district. Campaign activities will be focused on members of Congress and the 12-member Deficit Reduction Super Committee and will include local and national radio and TV advertising, town halls, social media, petition drives, phone campaigns, and local or regional events.
