Susannah Randolph, Democrat candidate for US Congress District 9, has enlisted the help of consultant Judy Stern and other Broward Democrats. On December 20th, Stern, a local salami sandwich doyenne, and Congresswoman Lois Frankel are hosting a fundraiser for the Orlando Democrat. Randolph is running against Fl. State Rep. Darren Soto.
A December 10th email from host Joanne Goodwin to local Democrats attacks Soto as a “so called Democrat.” She claims Soto votes against women’s health issues, domestic violence and alimony. Goodwin claims Soto, “Voted against Planned Parenthood and for the mandatory ultrasound bill and personhood.” Goodwin forgets to mention a huge endorsement Randolph received on December 9th.
