After two days of voting in the US HOUSE Congressional District 20 Poll, Joe Kaufman has 50% of the vote. Mr. Kaufman leads newcomer Ozzie DeFaria who garnered 33%. They are vying to win the GOP nomination to take on Debbie Wasserman Schultz (D-Out of Touch).
Karen Harrington, Debbie’s 2010 opponent, has a disappointing 15% while Joe Goldner comes in with 1%.
It goes without saying this unscientific poll means very little, other than to demonstrate the strength of Mr. DeFaria’s organization after less than a month in the race. RED BROWARD polls run for seven days. Plenty of time for others to vote for their favorite candidate.
