Supporters of Israel were attacked by pro-Hamas forces on a busy Fort Lauderdale street Sunday afternoon. Two rallies were held on East Sunrise Blvd near US 1 in Fort Lauderdale. A pro-Israel rally was planned for 3PM while a pro-Hamas rally had a 4:30PM start time. Earlier in the day, Fort Lauderdale Police warned residents about potential traffic issues.
A video posted by Javier Manjarres of the Floridian Press shows police attempting to stop fighting in the middle of the busy thoroughfare. At ine point, it appears an officer uses chemical spray on some participants.

Javier Manjarres, Republican candidate for the U.S Congress District 22 seat, just landed another big endorsement. The Manjarres campaign announced the support of U.S Senator Marco Rubio. Manjarres, a longtime supporter of Sen. Rubio, hopes to unseat Congressman Ted Deutch (D-Backbencher).
