Joe Goldner vows to stay in US Congressional (CD-20) race even if it meets taking on Congressman Alcee Hastings instead of his favorite target, Debbie Wasserman Schultz (D-Out Of Touch). The redistricting maps have changed boundaries and numbering of districts. Wasserman Schultz and her Republican opponents are believed to be headed for the new CD-23. But not Goldner; He is staying in CD-20 which will be Hastings new home.
Goldner had this to say to Red Broward:
“[T]his all depends on whether Debbie and Alcee trade districts but yes I am staying in CD 20. Either way you have to run as if Obama, Debbie and Alcee aka ‘The Three Stooges’ are running together. And that you could quote me on that too. My base is right there, I live in East Sunrise, have great popularity and support in the black community of Lauderhill and East Sunrise. Plus I also picked up Sunrise Lakes and other senior locations which i also have tons of support. This was the plan from the beginning to concentrate on Central West Broward upto and including Palm Beach County.”

Why do you refuse to speak at the Broward GOP’s meetings?
He believes the Broward GOP is a special interest group and I agree, it is a special interest group for Republicans So he is not wrong. i would just ignore him and he will eventually go away.
Have Richard give me a call and lets set it up for the next BREC meeting. But the only true special interest group that counts is the constituents of CD 20 that needs full representation. It is all about the people, the constitution and our freedoms.
