Andrew Gillum Campaign Paid $157,500 To Company Owned By Dale Holness’ Daughter But Used Address For Oklahoma Company With Similar Name

Gillum paid $157,500 to All Consulting and Marketing

In 2018, Democrat Gubernatorial candidate Andrew Gillum made two large payments to a company owned by the daughter of then Broward County Commissioner Dale Holness but listed the address of an Oklahoma company with a similar sounding name, election records show. Gillum, the former Mayor of Tallahassee, lost to the race to Ron DeSantis. Dale Holness played a vital role in the Gillum campaign in Broward.

Dale Holness’ real estate office in Plantation was transformed into Gillum campaign headquarters. As REDBROWARD previously reported, Holness and daughter Damara Holness filmed campaign videos for Gillum inside the office. Project Veritas even recorded undercover video of Holness campaign guru Omar Smith working inside the office. And REDBROWARD spoke with Smith during a Gillum campaign rally in the parking lot of Holness’ office.

Damara wasn’t the only Holness daughter involved in the Gillum campaign. According to State of Florida elections records, the Gillum campaign made two payments to All Consulting and Marketing Inc. State corporate records show the company was formed in January 2018 by Richelle Holness.

On November 2, 2018, the Gillum campaign made a $37,000 payment to All Consulting and Marketing Inc. Then, on December 7, 2018, Gillum made a $120,500 payment to All Consulting and Marketing Inc. Both payments were made for “research” by the company.

State of Florida records show All Consulting And Marketing Inc is based in Wellington, Florida. However, the Gillum campaign reports claim All Consulting and Marketing Inc is located at “1718 South Cheyenne” in Tulsa, Oklahoma.

ABSOLUTELY ISN’T ME OR MY FIRM

There is a company located at 1718 South Cheyenne Avenue in Tulsa, Oklahoma. ALL Consulting performs environmental engineering work and consulting. And it is not owned by Richelle Holness.

REDBROWARD spoke with ALL Consulting founder and CEO Dan Arthur. When asked if his company performed any work for Andrew Gillum, Arthur said, “It absolutely isn’t me or my firm.” Arthur said his firm never performed research for any Florida candidate.

So how did $157,500 payment to a firm owned by Richelle Holness get the address of an Oklahoma engineering firm?

As REDBROWARD reported yesterday, the use of wrong addresses seems to plague companies and political committees tied to TEAM HOLNESS.

What kind of “research” did Rochelle Holness perform for Andrew Gillum.

What kind of “research” is worth $157,500?

Andrew Gillum. Broward Sheriff Gregory Tony. The Democratic Executive Committee of Florida. Why are these candidates and organizations paying hundreds of thousands of dollars to entities tied to Dale Holness?

What magic does Dale Holness claim to perform during Broward elections? Why didn’t this magic work for his bid for U.S. Congress?

Broward residents deserve answers, right?

Undercover Video Of Andrew Gillum Campaign Staffer Omar Smith Recorded At Dale Holness’ Office

Undercover video of Andrew Gillum campaign staffer Omar Smith appears to have been recorded at the real estate office of Broward County Commissioner Dale Holness. The Project Veritas video shows Smith calling Florida a “cracker state” and telling a journalist about the need to hide the truth from voters. In January, REDBROWARD exposed the ties between Omar Smith, his company FlyerSmith and his A Better Florida For All committee to Dale Holness.

In September, REDBROWARD interviewed Omar Smith after an Andrew Gillum rally at Dale Holness’ business office in Plantation. Smith did not want to appear on camera.

On Thursday morning, James O’Keefe of Project Vertias posted video of his crew talking about the undercover video with Smith outside Holness’ office. Once again, Smith made it clear he did not want to appear on camera.

While some Gillum supporters have claimed Omar Smith does not work for the campaign, financial records say otherwise. According to Florida Division of Elections records, the Andrew Gillum campaign paid Smith’s company, FlyerSmith, $50,000 in August 2018.

Omar Smith made local headlines earlier this month when questions were raised about the A Better Florida For All palm card featuring local judicial candidates.
