Judging from the turnout at her Davie event on Friday afternoon, Hillary Clinton’s campaign is definitely in trouble. National polls show Ms. Clinton losing support to Senator Bernie Sanders (D-Vermont) and Vice-President Joe Biden. Even in a Democratic stronghold like Broward County, Clinton’s event failed to fill the small gymnasium at Broward College. No wonder the campaign did not use the two larger venues on the Davie campus.
Many in the small (less than 500) crowd left before Secretary Clinton finished her speech. In fact, the only excitement came from a small, but vocal group of college students protesting Clinton’s visit.
