Socialist groups organized another “direct action” in Broward to protest Israel’s war against Hamas. On Saturday afternoon, about 100 protesters blocked the perimeter road surrounding the Sawgrass Mills Mall in Sunrise. Under the watchful eye of Sunrise Police, the protesters mocked shoppers for enjoying the Christmas spirit while Israeli military forces attack terrorists in Hamas-controlled Gaza. The Sawgrass Mills Mall is packed with Christmas shoppers as well as attendees of an event at the neighboring Amerant Arena.
