Dr. Barbara Houston Wilson wants to replace Robin Bartleman. Dr. Wilson filed paperwork seeking Broward School Seat 9 At-Large. This will not be Dr. Wilson’s first attempt to join the gang at K.C. Wright.

Wilson ran against Benjamin Williams in 2000. Then in 2009, she applied for the opening left when Beverly Gallagher was hauled off to jail.

Dr. Wilson has degrees from Florida A&M University and Nova Southeastern University. She was a principal at Watkins Elementary and St. Helen Catholic School.
