Patrick Murphy(D-Wee) hopes to unseat Congressman Allen West(R-Patriot) in 2012. Of course Murphy’s biggest qualification is ability to take marching orders from Debbie Wasserman Schultz (D-Out Of Touch).

Debbie deployed the diminutive Murphy to play the victim card in hopes of blunting West’s taking DWS to task over critical remarks on the House floor.
Here is an email sent by Murphy’s campaign. What does Murphy mean when he says “people like Allen West”?

“Dear Friends,
In the last two days, Allen West has demonstrated unusually bizarre behavior showing himself to be truly unhinged and incapable of controlling himself. West began by stating that Obama supporters were a “threat to the gene pool,” and went on to personally attack Representative Debbie Wasserman Schultz.

The assault on Representative Wasserman Schultz included labeling her as “vile” and “despicable.” As if that weren’t enough, he then had the audacity to label this brave elected leader who courageously shared her successful struggle with breast cancer with the nation as a “coward.”

It is one thing to attack someone’s political stance, but what West has done here is abhorrent.

Enough is enough. West’s conduct is unbecoming of a member of Congress. He has disrespected his office and he should be censured by the House of Representatives immediately.

We cannot allow people like Allen West to lead our country.
