Horland and Sortal serve as board members with the Plantation Democratic Club. Denise Horland and Nick Sortal are part of the Plantation Democratic Party ticket funded by “Captain Dem.”
A Plantation resident exercising his First Amendment right at early voting in Plantation Saturday morning. The resident carried a sign which reads “Nick Sortal Loves Porn!” The opposite side of sign reads “Nick Sortal Has Been Disrespectful Towards Women.” Sortal confronted the resident when he arrived. He promised the resident would hear from his attorney.
Sortal, a Democratic, promptly left the West Regional Library. He left his wife behind to defend his honor.
