Congresswoman Sheila Cherfilus-McCormick appears to be sporting a huge yellow diamond ring in a Thanksgiving message to constituents. On Tuesday, Cherfilus-McCormick surrendered to Federal authorities after being indicted on fifteen counts including theft and money laundering.
Prosecutors allege Cherfilus-McCormick used $109,000 to buy a 3.14 vivid yellow diamond ring.
