During a June 2020 Facebook Live meeting, State Representative Anika Omphroy said North Lauderdale Commissioner Samson Borgelin and Tamarac Commissioner Marlon Bolton (D-Bully) were the politicians she “admired the most.” Let’s hope Omphroy’s aunt, Lauderdale Lakes Mayor Hazelle Rogers, wasn’t watching. Unsurprisingly, all four Broward politicians are strong supporters of Broward County Commissioner Dale Holness.
