Florida Governor Ron DeSantis just announced his “Safe. Smart. Step By Step Plan” to re-open the State next week. Phase One of his “Plan For Florida’s Recovery” does not include Broward, Miami-Dade and Palm Beach. These counties are home to the most COVID-19 cases and deaths in Florida.
While schools, bars and gyms remain closed, Phase One will see the return of retail sales and dining at restaurants.
Tallahassee, Fla. – Today, Governor Ron DeSantis hosted a conference call with members of the Re-Open Florida Task Force Executive Committee to discuss the re-opening of Florida’s economy.
