Sorry kids, the Broward School District just announced schools will be open on Friday. With no damage from Hurricane Milton and his tornadoes in Broward, all classes will be back in session.
The 17th Judicial Circuit announced Broward Courts will close Wednesday and Thursday as Hurricane Milton approaches Florida. A decision on re-opening on Friday will depend on Milton. The Federal Courthouse in Broward is closed Wednesday and Thursday as well.
“Fort Lauderdale, FL – The 17th Judicial Circuit Court will be closed Wednesday and Thursday, Oct. 9th and 10th, due to Hurricane Milton.
We anticipate re-opening on Friday, Oct. 11th. We will continue to monitor the weather and will post updates if changes are in order.
