The overwhelming majority of flights filled with illegal immigrants have landed in Florida, a recent report shows. The Center For Immigration Studies (CIS) claims the Biden administration has flown “at least 386,000 migrants” into the United States since February. Of those numbers, nearly 326,000 arrived in Florida. But Governor Ron DeSantis is fighting back.
“This early evidence suggests that a great many of these inadmissible alien passengers, probably a majority, initially land at international airports in Republican Gov. Ron DeSantis’s Florida. In fact, Florida turns out to be the top landing and U.S. customs processing zone for this direct-flights parole-and-release program, tallying at nearly 326,000 of the initial arrivals from inception through February.”

According to the report, “306,505 mostly Cuban, Haitian, Nicaraguan, and Venezuelan beneficiaries flew into the Miami Field Office jurisdiction” while 19,490 passed through the Tampa field office.
CIS believes 325,995 illegal immigrants passed through these Federal offices since February 2024.

DESANTIS FIGHTS BACK
On Tuesday, Governor Ron DeSantis’ administration vowed it was fighting back “tooth and nail” against President Biden immigration scheme.
“The federal government is encouraging illegal immigration and even aiding these individuals to enter the country,” DeSantis’ Communications Director Bryan Griffin told DailyMail.com. “They’ve cloaked these secretive flights as a lawful parole program.”
“The efforts in Florida are making this state an undesirable destination for anyone in the country illegally,” said Press Secretary Jeremy Redfern. “Since taking office, Governor DeSantis has championed the state’s efforts to enact private-sector E-Verify, increase penalties for human trafficking and smuggling, and crack down on illegal aliens who commit crimes.”
