The total of wasteful spending we’ve found now sits at $1.5B over 9 local governments.
While I continue to be astounded by the level of fiscal insanity and over-taxing we’re seeing at the local level, Miami-Dade is the worst offender.
They’ve also hired over 2,400 NEW full time employees (not law enforcement or fire) over the last 5 years growing government at an astounding pace.
The county residents deserve a break from the big government enterprise.
That is peanuts compared to what is going on in Deerfield Beach. You should do a story on that. I may even let you see the 56 page report I sent to Florida DOGE.
