Tamarac Commissioner Marlon Bolton Loses High-Paying County Commission Job

Tamarac Commissioner Marlon Bolton has been let go from his lucrative gig as communications director for Broward County Commissioner Hazelle Rogers. On Thursday, REDBROWARD asked Rogers to comment on reports that Bolton had been fired. Her office did not respond to our request.

On Friday, Tamarac Talk obtained Bolton’s dismissal letter. “As you are aware, you are currently employed in a position that is “At Will,” and you serve solely at the pleasure of the County,” Rogers wrote Bolton. “Please be advised that your services are no longer required, and you are hereby separated from Broward County employment, effective November 13, 2024.”

Marlon Bolton, being fired was personal and retaliation against him for making a voter’s choice ballot against Rogers. She is for self, not serving the people for leadership. It’s all about being in control of the City of Lauderdale Lakes . Look Out Marlon is running in 2028 for County Commissioner!

His behavior is typical of a 5 year old bully. And he throws tantrums when he doesn’t get his way. He enjoys making fun of those who speak during public comments at commission meetings. He does it to me. As if he is an innocent babe-in-the-woods. As if he doesn’t recognize the Golden Rule of EVERY religion: Do unto others…..to say nothing of Karma!
