Thin-skinned Fort Lauderdale Commissioner John Herbst, and his equally thin-skinned adviser Judy Stern, got their way tonight when the commission fired city attorney Alain Boileau by a 3-2 vote. Money spent on Boileau’s golden parachute plus the six figures to hire a new attorney is no big deal to Judy Stern & Co since it’s the taxpayers footing the bill. Word on street is Sun Sentinel opinion editor Steve Bousquet will write three puff pieces on the move.
REDBROWARD 
I attended these meetings, the actions by ALL the City Commissioners was pathetic !! Watch the entire meeting (especially the afternoon one) . This is the Commission that is suppose to lead our city for the next two years!! Saying they are “thin skinned” is an insult to SKIN !! They ALL dislike each other, and they are not afraid to show it in their, I’m the bully in the sand-box mentality. I spoke at the end of the afternoon meeting about Snyder Park, i was given precious 3 minutes, I had to waste the first minute admonishing all of their actions during the meeting, and what an Embarrassment they ALL are to US residents!!!
