Broward State Attorney Michael J. Satz announced his office will seek the death penalty for Marjory Stoneman Douglas Shooter Nikolas Cruz. He is charged with 17 counts of premeditated first degree murder stemming from his February 14th attack at the Parkland high school. Cruz faces 17 counts of attempted first degree murder.
