Who remembers the Broward hot dog vendors making international headlines in the late 1980s and early 1990s? These weren’t your average hot dog vendors. No, the vendors in Fort Lauderdale were bleached-blonde models wearing the skimpiest bikinis available.
The thong and t-back bikini vendors drew outrage from Fort Lauderdale leaders who chased them to Pompano Beach. The increasing controversy garnered the attention of national television talk shows but even Pompano Beach sought to end the hot dog sales.

So Tom, I’m expecting DeSantis to now close you down within the week since he allegedly stands up for “the innocence of children” throughout Florida and reportedly abhors “sexually explicit content” that they may be exposed to…and the “age-restricted” warning on the video in here does nothing to keep them from seeing the “explicit” thong video. Well, it was fun while it lasted! 🙂
