James Fox Miller’s blogging about his wife Barbara Miller and his nephew, FTX founder Sam Bankman-Fried has been illuminating. But Uncle Jimmy will not respond to questions raised in our reports. Guess he and Barbara are too busy enjoying steak and liver pate in Italy.

    LOL. This is a guy who spent his life as a high-end litigator who presumably regularly advised his client to never speak with the media and you expected him to suddenly have an epiphany and start answering your questions? In the midst of the FTX fiasco? Sure Tom. No surprise there.
