Broward Sore Loser Dale Holness filed paperwork to run for U.S. Congress CD 20 in 2022. The move comes as Holness clogs Florida courts with lawsuits challenging the results of last month’s Democrat primary. Even though he was the overwhelming favorite, Holness lost to political newcomer Sheila Cherfilus-McCormick.

Last week, Team Holness asked judges in Broward and Palm Beach to move the lawsuits to Leon County. It appears as though Holness was unaware Florida law states Leon County has jurisdiction multi-county matters. Amazingly, the Broward and Palm Beach motions (the latter signed by Holness lawyer Burnadette Norris-Weeks) were dated November 30, 2020 instead of 2021.
