Indicted Broward School Superintendent Robert Runcie attacks his recent arrest in a nearly three minute video posted on the front page of the Broward Schools website. Speaking from a Broward Schools podium, Runcie thanks the millionaires and community leaders who attended a Friday rally organized by Broward County Commissioner Dale Holness. Runcie claims he was arrested for making a “false statement.”

However, State prosecutors alleged Runcie contacted Grand Jury witnesses to prepare for his own testimony. Prosecutors alleged School Board Attorney Barbara Myrick assisted Runcie in this scheme.

Who authorized the use of School District facilities, equipment and employees to record this self-serving statement?
