Last week, REDBROWARD reported the ties between Team Holness and a pro-Dean Trantalis email sent to Broward voters. The email urged voters to support Dean Trantalis, Donna Guthrie, Steve Glassman and Warren Sturman. The email claimed voters, “need responsive, accessible leadership with the fortitude to make the tough choices.”
The email lacked any proper disclaimer. It simply states it was sent from a marketing company in West Palm Beach. The company, FlyerSmith, has deep ties to Dale Holness.
December campaign records show Fort Lauderdale Commissioner Dean Trantalis’ mayoral campaign hired a consultant tied to controversial Broward County Commissioner Dale Holness. On December 13th, Trantalis paid $1,357 to SA Nelson And Associates for “marketing.” According to Florida business records, SA Nelson and Associates is owned by Sophia A. Nelson.
Florida Division Of Elections records show Sophia A. Nelson is the chairperson of the “A Better Florida For All” political committee. The address for this political committee is the same address found on the FlyerSmith email to Fort Lauderdale voters.
Division of Elections records show Omar Smith is the treasurer of the “A Better Florida For All” political committee.
Florida Business records show FlyerSmith is a fictitious name name tied to A Star For I, Inc. owned and operated by Omar M. Smith at 2930 Okeechobee Road in West Palm Beach. Campaign records show FlyerSmith has done extensive work for Broward County Commissioner Dale Holness. For his 2016 re-election campaign, Dale Holness paid Flyer Smith $15,161 for marketing, flyers, IT services and consulting.
Dean Trantalis never responded for comment regarding his ties to Dale Holness. Several of his supporters tried to deny any real ties to Holness. When reached by the Sun-Sentinel, Omar Smith told reporter Brittany Wallman he decided to send the email after receiving candidate emails. Uh-huh.
Smith made no mention of the December Dean Trantalis fundraiser hosted by his “A Better Florida For All” political committee.
TRANTALIS FUNDRAISER HELD AT DALE HOLNESS’ OFFICE
On December 7, 2017 A Better Florida For All hosted a fundraiser for Dean Trantalis. According to an announcement posted on the group’s Facebook page, the A Better Florida For All event was being held at 4325 West Sunrise Boulevard in Plantation. This is the address for All Broward Realty, a company owned by Dale Holness.
Holness has used his office as his own campaign headquarters as well as a base of operations for many of his favored candidates.
Why is Dean Trantalis so eager to have the support of Dale Holness? Why is Dale Holness so interested in the City of Fort Lauderdale? Has Dale Holness hosted similar fundraisers for Donna Guthrie, Steve Glassman and Warren Sturman?
Fort Lauderdale voters deserve answers.

Oh save it.Black people or should i say African Americans here,anywhere will not vote for a gay man.I don.t share that sentiment.However im a realist and facts are facts.Now caribean black people who incidently don.t think that they are in the same ethiniticy.(yes).So i think Dean should concentrate on other pockets of Ft.Lau.If i were him i would try to court more support say downtown and Harborbeach area etc.No disrespect towards Comm.Trantalis but it is what it is.PS.Judy Stern if these two sources are lying to me in regards to SOE staff Fred Bellis etc in that ge gave you stats concerning absentee voting i will personally had deliver their names to you.Politics aside i find her to be very personable.Plus her etiquette manners are impecable.I have petitioned Brittany to go to the SOE and takes pics of these absentee ballots.I say this because its director Dr.Snipes has stated that they have not veen tabulated.However, i have been informed that although not tabulated(counted)they have been opened.Which explains the leaked actual voting records.Someone is lying.If i don.t get support in the pics i will simply get the absentee counts specefing who voted for for whom after primary.So with less than a week left,whom or whoms are lying Methophically speaking you live for another day..As of right now accolades or not to Mrs.Stern i have no reason not to believe and trust my sources(again its not one but 2)…

The Fort Lauderdale City Elections are supposed to be non-partisan and I believe should be about City residents business operators property owners n investors. Dean Trantalis, Warren Sturman, Steve Glassman.n.Miss Guthrie are always attacking LOCAL INVESTORS CIVIL SERVANTS LOBBYISTS n ELECTED OFFICIALS but here THEIR SUPPORTERS ARE ALL OUTSIDERS while Sohia Nelson HOLDS A CONTROVERSIAL CITY MARKETING CONTRACT and 3 others involved have CONTRAVERSIAL GOVERNMENT FUNDING or CONTRACTS. ARE Trantalis, Guthrie, Sturman n Glassman running for OUTSIDE SPECIAL INTERESTS or US LOCAL RESIDENTS N PROPERTY OENERS? People need information like these Dale Holness articles to decide.

Just verified ballots opened.My sources(2) correct.I never doubted you.No criminal charge can go forward because even though accurate its considered hearsay.My source would have had to have survaluence,audio e tc.So thank u moles.At least we exposed this. Unreal.Like these ballots were atuffed in Dr.Snipes braysiere.I find it sickening that some of you will do anything to win.In my opinion,assessment your no better than some of my bookie friends.Big similarities.Both motivated by money and greed.Will bust you every time.I stand correct.(HUH JUDY)..
