Last Friday Roll Call newspaper reported a woman who accused Congressman Alcee Hastings (D-Broward) of sexual harassment received a $220,000 settlement. This money came from U.S taxpayers. On Monday, Broward Republican Party Chairman Robert Sutton released a statement calling on Hastings to resign his Congressional seat.
