So, Brady’s managed to prove that as bright as he might be in a huddle and in leading a football team, that doesn’t necessarily equate with big picture smarts. He could have gone out on the heels of 3 playoff appearances, 2 division titles and a super bowl win. Instead, he couldn’t figure out what to do being home and jumped back in. In the process, he and his marriage became fodder for social media, that ended in divorce and his final season was completely forgettable. And, now he “officially” retires? Wow

He’s still Tom Brady. Lot’s of people go through messy divorces. Unfortunately, famous people have public messy divorces. History won’t care. He’s still Tom Brady.

Yes, I can’t argue that he’s still Tom Brady. I’m also originally from New England and have been a Patriots fan…especially after he brought them such success (even with or without inflate gate). Just too bad this past year is the one he bows out from instead of what was seemingly a long string both personally and professionally for him up until this past year. But, I doubt he’ll been any financially poorer for it in his years ahead.
