Hurricane Nicole Inflicts Heavy Damage On Broward Pier

While most of Broward was spared from the effects of Hurricane Nicole, the Lauderdale-By-The-Sea pier was not so lucky. A Broward resident snapped the heavy damage on the popular pier.
