Elizabeth Eddy announced her candidacy for the Florida House of Representatives (District 99) at Tuesday’s meeting of the Republican Club Of Central Broward. Eddy, a political newcomer, would face Democrat incumbent Elaine Schwartz. The new district 99 stretches from Dania Beach to Cooper City and as far north as Plantation.

Broward GOP Chairman Richard DeNapoli also spoke at the RCCB. He gave members details on the upcoming Lincoln Day dinner on May 5th. Those expected to the event include Florida Attorney General Pam Bondi, Florida CFO Jeff Atwater, Congressman Allen West and many more. DeNapoli said this dinner is way to thank the Republican grassroots volunteers as well as help support the Broward GOP electoral efforts. Full details available at the Broward GOP website.
