Robert Sutton, a Broward high school “Teacher of the Year”, shows off the paperwork for the Broward County Commission District 3 seat. The seat is currently held by Broward Democrat Stacy Ritter (D-Obama Rocks).
Last Monday, Sutton announced his bid to thunderous applause at the Broward GOP meeting. Sutton is a strong proponent of teaching business skills to Broward students and helping local businesses.
The District 3 seat covers Coral Springs, Parkland, and Tamarac.
