Romney campaign announced late Thursday their intention to skip straw polls in Iowa and Florida.
Florida’s straw poll, dubbed Prssidency 5, will attract many Florida GOP activists to Orlando this September.
RPOF chairman David Bitner called Romney’s decision “unfortunate.”

I might like him. Maybe not, but the republican field is about as weak as I have ever seen. Don’t worry, Florida will vote republican no matter who they put up.
Mitt is a snit. We didn’t support him in 2008 and he’s just devoting resources where he thinks he can get better results. Mitt is so a social liberal and that is not going to find a warm response in Florida from Republicans.
Liberals fear that Romney will be able to make a strong case against re-electing President Obama!
